I hereby grant Ethan Crane the right and permission to record his interview with me for use on his website and in his podcasts. I grant permission for the recordings to be used for educational and promotional purposes. I understand that as a podcast the digital recordings will be available for streaming and to download to a user’s personal computer, and might also be broadcast by the news media.

I also understand that although I will be sent a copy of the podcast before broadcast, by agreeing to be recorded I am allowing Ethan Crane to use the recording as it stands. I understand that I am not entitled to receive compensation for any use of the recordings and accompanying materials.

I have read this release, understand it, and intend it to be a binding instrument.
